This plate has reduced well dimensions to accommodate smaller-scale preps, particularly where elution volumes must be minimized. It features special skirted drip directors which eliminate cross-contamination during vacuum-mediated elutions and allow the plate to nest securely within collection plates and most PCR plates during centrifugation. The skirted drip directors also allow the 0.3 ml plates and 1.0 ml plates to nest securely within each other for direct plate-to-plate transfers using either vacuum or centrifugation. This plate can be modified by adding porous frits, gel filtration media or retainer rings and membranes. Plates are sold fritted or unfritted by the case (50 plates). Polyethylene frits and retainer rings are available as accessory items. SBS format with full-skirt. Molded in medical-grade polypropylene.
