<p>High-throughput purification of genomic <span class="caps">DNA</span> from whole blood in a 96-well format. This kit is based upon the efficient release of genomic <span class="caps">DNA</span> from anticoagulated whole blood by a special cell lysis and protein-removal buffer in combination with Proteinase K digestion. The genomic <span class="caps">DNA</span> is then selectively absorbed onto a special 96-well plate for further purification an desalting.
