<p>The AxyPrep Multisource Total <span class="caps">RNA </span>Miniprep Kit allows the purification of total cellular <span class="caps">RNA</span> from a diverse array of starting materials. This kit represents a new approach to <span class="caps">RNA</span> purification, and is designed to eliminate the problems of column clogging and incomplete purification associated with other products. The optimized protocol virtually eliminates the carryover of genomic <span class="caps">DNA</span> and reduces the loss of smaller <span class="caps">RNA</span> species. The mini spin/vac column allows samples to be processed using either a centrifuge or vacuum manifold. Each miniprep column will bind up to 100 µg of total cellular <span class="caps">RNA</span>.</p>
