The yield of plasmid for this kit is up to 100 &micro;g. This kits can also be used to isolate large constructs, such as <span class="caps">BAC</span>, PAC and P1. The protocols provide a simple, rapid and efficient method for the isolation of highly purified plasmid <span class="caps">DNA</span>. The entire preparation process can be completed in 30 minutes.
