CP-CUSTOM-IV

Highest Probability PEG Screens (CP-CUSTOM-IV) have been biased toward PEG conditions that have given higher success on average than other PEG conditions. High and low molecular weight PEGs have been removed and PEGs closest to PEG 2k have been given more preference. These screens should be used if HPPS and APS have not been successful. High Probability PEG Screens may be used in lieu of APS screens based on customer preference. Substituting Highest Probability PEG Screens for APS screens will effectively sample PEGs more extensively.

Specifications:

• Each set contains 96 unique screens: either in a 96-deep well plate (1ml/each well) or 96 tubes (10ml/each tube)
• Screens are supplied in sterile SBS standard polypropylene 96 Deep-well plates or 10 ml tubes
• Reagents are prepared using crystallization grade polymers, salts, buffers, organic solvents, Type I analytical grade water, and are sterile filtered
• Each block is sealed with a film (MF-300 from Axygen) that provides a very efficient and uniform seal
• Complete formulations are supplied with each block and are available on Axygenbio’s website here
